Job Summary FRAMEWORKZ Mumbai office is looking for a self-motivated team member who is passionate about interior architectural fit-outs and wants to learn new skills, work in multidisciplinary teams, and deliver excellent quality solutions to leading companies across the industry. The work FRAMEWORKZ delivers ranges from design consultancy, project management, turnkey solutions, and facilities management. We expect the successful candidate to have at least 5 years of experience of delivering interior design solutions for various clients as well as strong leadership experience. The candidate should have worked in a collaborative team environment before and have experience interacting with multinational clients. The design Manager takes a central role in the delivery of projects. Design Managers are directly responsible for the Quality, Creativity, and Delivery of the projects they are overseeing, along with revenue generated on these projects and client and team satisfaction. Design. Manager reports directly to the Director. How the Design Manager work fits into FRAMEWORKZ- *Design Manager (DM) oversees and takes responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of projects. The type of projects that DM might run are: Design projects: Research and Design Internal development projects The proposal, pitching, and sales-related project activities Responsibilities and Duties Key tasks and responsibilities- Creativity & World-class quality of work Ability to quickly understand, analyze, and respond to client briefs Work with the specialists to develop and deliver boundary-pushing design concepts The creativity of output (innovation & beauty) Completeness and suitability of work (works with client situation) Lead the creative side of pitch projects and support the business development team with creative input, client meetings, presentations and proposal writings Output creation Conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, and architecture design Design and specify designs using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery. Produce user requirements specifications, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design concepts, and design specifications. Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually. Work closely with the project team to ensure that design specifications are implemented. Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project management, business, and brand strategists. Participate in new business development activities. Stay up to date with new technologies, industry and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning. Participate in and foster design thinking. Required Experience and Qualifications Knowledge, skills, and attributes- 2+ years of a proven track record of leading design teams and delivering in addition to 6+ years in-depth knowledge and experience of interior architectural fit-outs services in corporate/ commercial segments Strong knowledge of the design process and project management. Great communication skills. Ability to cope with stress. Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation). Must be organized, analytical, and dynamic. Bachelor degree in a design-related discipline. A passion for design and people.
