Role Description Deconcept Interiors is seeking an experienced Interior Designer - Team Leader to manage a dynamic team of designers. In this full-time on-site role in Kochi, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's design projects, ensuring their high-quality completion, and. assisting in client presentations. Your ability to effectively communicate, manage, and mentor your team is of utmost importance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field 3+ years of experience in interior design, including experience in team management or leadership Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and other design software Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage a design team in a fast-paced environment Proficient in project scheduling and organizational skills A portfolio showcasing a range of projects from contemporary to traditional design with an emphasis on the overall experience of the space for the user Experience in specifying and sourcing materials, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards Flexibility to adapt to changing design trends and software PACKAGE 2-3LPA Depending on Interview Performance
