Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred CTC: 15 LPA - 19 LPA Skills Mandatory Primary Skills: Excellent leadership and team management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Exposure to Telecom Domain (Preferred). Proficient in project management tools (JIRA or similar) and methodologies. Knowledge of SDLC and agile. practices. Secondary Skills Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Exposure to modern development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc) The Role As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management in the IT department, particularly within the Telecom domain. Your role will involve effective stakeholder management, efficient issue resolution, and conflict resolution. The Job Lead IT projects from inception to production delivery, managing all associated stages (Requirements, Design, Development, UAT, and Production Deployment). Handle Project Management & Release Management activities associated with the assigned project. Collaborate frequently with Business users for requirement finalization, prioritization, and effective involvement in UAT sessions. Adhere to project management methodologies and governance. Take ownership of multi-dimensional release life cycles, from scoping across environments to deploying them in production. Establish project management standards aligned with best practices and cascade them throughout the organization. Work both independently and as part of a team, building solid working relationships with all involved parties (BU, Demand, IT teams, and Vendors). Facilitate effective communication between Business Unit and IT teams. Deliver IT projects within timelines, budget, and acceptable quality standards, meeting customer expectations. Understand the commercial and customer experience impact of project delays and take necessary preventive and corrective actions. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end project management across various IT phases. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and senior management. Own the IT release life cycle, ensuring successful scoping and production deployment. Establish and implement IT project management standards. What You Should Have 7-10 years of experience in an IT Project Manager role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Exposure to Telecom Domain (Preferred). Proficiency in IT project management tools and methodologies. Knowledge of SDLC and agile practices. Good To Have Exposure to modern IT development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc
