Traits Growth mindset Entrepreneurial. spirit Internal and external customer-experience obsessed Intense curiosity about the industry, market, and competitors Ability to work quickly and yet also move at the speed of partnership Good judgment and business sense Strong bias for action and ample professional urgency Must Have Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field 15+ years of work experience on CMS and Website Solutions Solution/Subject Matter expert in architecting and designing complex solutions using CMS platforms like Optimizely, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager etc Experience in leading the end-to-end solutioning of large-scale projects using any of the above CMS and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS etc Should have experience in building the projects from scratch covering solution design, environments& CI/CD design& setup Extensive experience working on integrations including various APIs, Opensource platforms, various UI frameworks. Extensive hands-on experience working with front-end technologies and key components of web architecture Experience in driving the standardization, reusability and best practices with the mindset of improving productivity, quality and optimizing the time required for building websites Experience in implementing SEO, accessibility, schema to enhance the visibility of websites on the search engines In-depth understanding of coding languages - .Net, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, angular etc. Confident communication/ active listener with top tier skills in telling the story and facilitating technical conversations Experience in working with customers and internal teams to drive project implementation Excellent experience of translating customer requirements in clear scope definition and ability to understand cost& timeline implications of the projects Thought leadership and public engagement and evangelism skills Nice to have experience in working across industry verticals like Automotive, Healthcare, Finance, Hospitality etc. Responsibilities Develop and Deploy Large scale Website Solutions Owns the end-to-end solution and works closely with various internal teams and customers to pull together robust solutions, architecture, and deployment Innovation Design& build solutions to enhance time-to-market, productivity. Training and Coaching Work closely with product and service teams and coach internal and external teams on website /CMS solutions Education /Experience Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field 10+ years of work experience on CMS and Website Solutions. Knowledge in Azure (or similar cloud hosting)& CDN will be an advantage.
