We have an urgent hiring with one of the Leading Travel Company - Mumbai. 

 

Role: Sales SPOC - Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager 

Experience: 5 to 6 years 

Qualification: Any Graduate 

 

Main Purpose: 

This role is responsible for maintaining excellent support to the internal sales team. Customer service skills are key
for this role and having a solid set of problem solving and sales skills are essential. The Sales SPOC Executive will
have a drive to provide support to the sales team through effective follow up and operational assistance.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Handle incoming calls and messages from internal sales team.
• Designated as a single point of contact for the sales team and handle all escalations and provide support
• to the sales team.
• Coordination and follow up on all tasks/ issues from sales team with the hotels operations team.
• Handle email communication with travel agents/ suppliers/ internal staff
• Help internal sales staff for booking related queries, amendment and escalations. Provide technical
• support to sales team and resolve operational issues.
• Thorough understanding of the portal for the hotel product and ancillary services.
• Coordinate with suppliers for Confirmation, amendments, complaints, escalations.
• Negotiate best terms with suppliers for agent escalation cases raised through sales team.
• Handling pending/ failed bookings and ensuring conversions.
• Provide best-in-class quantitative and qualitative service to the sales team.
• Other potential work engagements as decided by the Company.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of operations experience in travel distribution industry.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Prior travel industry experience is essential. Preferably from operations/ customer care.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow up skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Creative problem solver.
