About the Role: Leap Finance/Leap Scholar is an Ed-tech/Overseas Education company that helps students pursue their dreams of studying abroad. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to prospect, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Negotiation Skills: Must be capable of mindfully understanding the requirements of the candidate & correlate with Organisations offering to put across an efficient negotiation Communication Skills: The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating with prospects via video, phone, and email who are discovered through various avenues Candidate Conversion: Drive conversions in our lead pipeline through video and phone calls. Must be well versed with online communication platforms Product Advocacy: Pitch LeapScholar's various offerings including Counselling, IELTS, Visa services, etc. Counselling Skills - Profile Evaluation and Guidance Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with the internal. teams (counsellors, operations, product) if needed, to drive the conversions Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in an Inside Sales role Tech-savvy, high agency, and result-oriented Excellent spoken and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with the Counsellors and Internal team Proactive and responsible for reporting and sorting out any problems faced Familiarity with Google Sheets Applicants from an Ed-tech/Overseas Education background will be preferred.
