Looking for a person who can handle the Bandwidth sourcing, who will be responsible for developing and executing the timely procurement of bandwidth in most cost-effective manner.

• Responsible for purchasing of Bandwidth requirements from multiple strategic vendors
• Knowledge in telecom industry- P2P process & Bandwidth.
• Responsible for floating feasibility with various telecom vendors & maintaining MIS
• Well verse with SAP procurement module.
• Well verse with RFQ and other standard sourcing processes.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and services.
• Follow up with Bandwidth vendors for timely delivery & installation schedules.
• Knowledge in handling / processing the bandwidth invoices. Keeping accurate MIS and ensuring 100% timely payments
• Coordination within ACT group for reports/ data and payment follow up with Finance team.
• Good in negotiations, proficient in locating new vendors, analyzing the best source of purchase.
• Preparing monthly cost provision with 99.9% accuracy and closely working with tech team and location wise finance teams to avoid any mismatch in cost reported.

This position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency through management of Bandwidth requirements.
