Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Manager Sales - Solar Rooftop and C&I at Oakridge Energy in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales for solar rooftop and commercial & industrial (C&I) projects, generating new business opportunities, and closing deals, in coordination with cross-functional teams such as project execution, engineering, and design. The candidate will also be responsible for forecasting and achieving sales targets, as well as managing relationships with new and existing clients. Qualifications Proven track record of 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development for solar rooftop and C&I projects Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in English and Hindi Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and build relationships with cross-functional teams Understanding of technical and financial. aspects of solar rooftop and C&I projects Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management is a plus Understanding of policies, regulations, and incentives related to renewable energy in India is a plus
