The job involve day to day routine accounting, reconciliation, and books closure on monthly basis. This position is also expected to help in compilation of monthly MIS. Designation Senior Manager Finance and Accounts Location Ahmedabad Job Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities for overall accounting, reporting and MIS of entities in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand Setting up and maintain payment process, intercompany balances, cross charge of expenses, balance settlement. Reporting and MIS for the entities at above locations. Reviewing business performance and position. Finance and Banking Control on cashflow, wallets, bank, credit cards and related documentation and compliance. Banking for all the entities at the above mentioned locations Treasury and fund management along with reporting Responsibility for reconciliation of all the fund pockets Control and Process Setting up SOP for various process in foreign entities Preparing, implementing, and monitoring audit and control plan Ensuring proper maker check process in place for all the entities Compliance and Bylaws Ensuring and maintain compliance and compliance dashboard. Ensuring filling of various returns from direct and indirect tax perspective Other Play a key role in the business decisions by understanding the business relevant metrics, carrying out financial analysis and providing strategic inputs. Coordinating with various stake holders and reporting various functional items to the management. Leading, mentoring, and providing clear guidance to junior finance staff (approx. team size of 6 to 8 people) Building and nurturing relationships with key internal and external parties including banks, auditors, and legal counsel Skills What we require (Desired Skills and abilities) Sound knowledge of Financial/Accounts, accounting principal and MIS. Experience of working for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand (USA is must) Experience of working for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand (USA is must) compliance Problem-solving skills (i.e., conceptual, and analytical thinking) Proprietary Thinking Good Communication skills Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience working for companies based in western world Educational Certifications CA /CPA/ or equivalent Key Words For Search Chartered Accountant Finance controller USA Finance controller CPA Ctc INR 16-18 Lacs (Approx.)
