Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Manager at Top MNCs Insurance Sector in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading negotiations and proposal developments, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Some work from home is acceptable. You have to build your own team and procure business with them. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or related roles Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth Experience with negotiating deals and contract management Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders Strong. communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively convey and present ideas to audiences at all levels Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and strategic thinking skills Experience working in the IT industry is a plus Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred Contact for more details If you are interested then Ping me your CV @hidden_mobile. #job seekers #jobsininsurance
