Role & responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the end to end recruitment process and completion of hiring goals. Responsible for working closely with Leaders / Account Managers to execute on the ongoing positions.
2. Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluate candidates and ensure the highest bar.
3. Being the 2 nd point of contact assigned by Leaders / Account Managers for allocated clients and providing continuous support from the delivery point of view, interview coordination within the team under the guidance of Leaders / Account Managers on various clients to support on various recruitment assignments.
4. Searching, creating and managing candidate Database according to client's requirements. Helping Leaders / Account Managers for proper evaluation of the required roles before submission.
5. Networking, research and data management
6. Assist Leaders / Account Managers to prepare delivery reports on a weekly basis on assigned clients as 2 nd point of contact.
7. Assisting Leader / Account Managers in Reference Checks, Salary Negotiations and new employee orientation assistance (Provide assistance to the new joiners in regards to providing info about PGs/Flats, Places nearby, Malls, Schools etc.)
8. MIS Reports.
