Assistant Area Manager / Area Manager in the locations Undermentioned. 

Job Role: Branch Manager 

• Recruiting and retaining a team of Sales Development Managers 
• Training them in Advisor recruitment and business development. 
• Target planning and execution according to the company's interest. 
• Making innovative efforts to reach customers and building a good rapport with existing customers. 
• Develop an Active team with growing advisors and customer base in the branch. 

Selection Criteria:

• Graduate
• Having min 4-5 years of Life Insurance sales with agency sales. 
• Should have consistency and achievement in his career. 
• Should possess good leadership skills. 
• Team handling experience is preferred. 
• A resident of the same location is expected.
