Job Description

We are Inviting applicants for Assistant Manager -IMS role to be based at the quarters of Systra Group in India. Responsibilities Responsible for completing all tasks assigned by the supervisor, assisting with projects, conducting research, and writing reports. You should be able to follow instructions, but also take initiative and come up with original ideas. Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor. Assist with designing and updating training materials/job aids/QA program. Complete all necessary preparation and documentation to participate in the recruitment/hiring/interview process. Participate in progressive disciplinary process. Reviews quality assurance standards, studies existing policies and procedures, to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance program by conducting periodic audits. Responsible for updating and assuring document accuracy and control for QA departments. Learn and be functional in all. QA/Training positions as a backup. Participate in designing the call monitoring formats and suitable quality standards. Provide trend data to the management team. Assist in internal & external audits and maintaining Quality related certification. Perform other assigned duties as necessary. Qualifications BE (Civil/Mech) will be preferred. Minimum 2-5 years of industry experience preferably in Infrastructure. ISO Certification will be an added advantage. Key Qualities and soft skills Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. Able to work in multi-disciplinary and geographically diverse environment. Should be a team player with good team building and leading skills. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through patience, analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Must be able to learn, adopt, understand, and apply new technologies. Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards
