Job Description

Job Purpose Functional Role: Product Sales Manager Trade Finance Qualification: MBA/Chartered Accountant/B.Tech or equivalent degree. Relevant Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Sales of Trade Finance Products to MSME or large corporate Functional Competencies: Strong Product Sales skills with good experience of selling Trade Finance Solutions In depth knowledge of various Trade Finance solutions and regulatory guidelines Liaising with stakeholders at different hierarchy of a corporate/MSME for sourcing trade finance business and increasing utilization of sanctioned limits. Advise customer regarding regulatory requirements and ensure compliance as per bank policies. Behavioral Competencies: Excellent Sales and Client management skills Good at resolving transactional issues through co-ordination with various internal teams like Ops, Compliance etc. Should be self-driven and have good analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication. skills Good presentation and negotiation skills Job Responsibilities: Financial Responsibilities: To own individual targets for NII, Fee and Fx income through sales of Trade Finance Solutions To work with Asset Business RMs for Cross-selling Trade Finance Solutions and increasing utilization of sanctioned trade finance solutions To work with internal stakeholders like product, operations, compliance and legal, risk to implement mandates. Non-Financial Responsibilities: To work on development, marketing and distribution of the product Maintain Sales discipline with regular feedback to leadership and share regular MIS. To keep abreast with competition on the product developments and portfolio behavior To keep an eye on various industries to identify opportunities and threats, early warning signals. Compliance & Risk Responsibilities To act as the first line of defense for the bank against fraud, financial crimes etc. and look for early warning signals. To ensure that the product Sales is in compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements
