We require Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition for leading FMCG co @ Hosur

Job Location: Hosur,Tamil Nadu

Qualification: MBA (HR) with minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in any manufacturing companies.

Must speak Tamil & English.

CTC: Maximum Gross up to 8.50 LPA

Willing to relocate with family to Hosur.

1. The candidate should have experience in Design and update job descriptions

2. Advertise job openings on companies careers page, social media, various job portals etc

3. Source potential candidates from various job portals.

4.Identify candidates with the right skills to match the requirements.

5.interacting with Account Managers to understand the requirements.

6. Should screen the resumes and shortlist the suitable resumes

7.Should submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submission to meet deadlines of submission for each requisition.

8.Must have experience on the full life cycle of recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, queries & interviews, offer negotiation and responsible till candidate is on boarded).

9.Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, maintaining & building the candidate database.

Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
