Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager located in Cuddapah. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs and initiatives, conducting needs assessments, designing training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and. organizational skills to ensure the successful development and delivery of training activities. Qualifications Experience in designing and delivering training programs Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design Strong presentation and facilitation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess training needs and customize programs accordingly Proficiency in MS Office Suite and training software/tools Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience in the financial services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field Relevant certifications in training and development
