HR Reporting 10%
Statutory inquires, Service Awards, workplace issue closures, off-policy decisions, staff ratio & new hire controlling, Payroll supervision for the region/cluster
Employee Exit management 10%
Prevention of employment exits and resolving workplace issues is the focus
Be on top of employee exit data for the region
Manage complex exits cases
Role details::
Be an HR SPOC for centres in the region/cluster
First point contact for HR policy & clarification for all employees & managers
HR contact for local statutory (labour laws) monitoring & control
HR Spoc for Corporate Centres (client relations) in the designated geography
HR signatory for employment documents (as per schedule)
HRMS success champion for the cluster/region
