Job Responsibilities
1. Sources candidates using online channels, updates job ads, filters applications, and conduct background checks.
2. Do initial resume screening.
3. Documents collection, background verification etc.
4. Manage candidate database
5. Maintain employee records and update as needed
6. Co-ordination with candidates and setting up interview calendar

Job Qualification
Minimum 1 year of work experience in human resources
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented interviewer
Great decision-making skills
