Role & responsibilities
1.Provide 2nd Level support to on site end users.
2. Experience in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, installation, configuration, Networking.
3. Experience of Office 365.
4. Deep knowledge of outlook configuration, archive and
troubleshooting.
5. Knowledge of ITSM tools.
6. Asset Management.
7. Incident and request management as per agreed response and
resolution SLA.
8. Vendor management.
9. Good communication skill to handle corporate users.
10 . Knowledge of excel to prepare some report.
11. Any network Printer knowledge along with desktop and laptop
basic hardware troubleshooting.
12. Good experience on Active Directory.
