We are hiring for the Leading ITES Company for Service Desk Analyst Profile.


Job Description:

  • Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Log and track incidents and service requests using a ticket management system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support in accordance with SLAs.
  • Assist in setting up desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain documentation.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: No prior experience required; internships or academic projects in IT are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking concepts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts or flexible schedules if needed.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
