About The Role Job Responsibility Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Global Service Manager, Corporate Functions Solutions, Digital & IT oversees maintenance, ongoing development continuous integration. Champion Automation (using Data Science & AI, BOTS, PowerApps etc.) within different Business processes within Corporate Functions Portfolio. Conceptually overview end-to-end data flows and business consumptions of DSAI solutions and ensure reusability across various use cases. Partner with other data science organizations in Sandoz Technology, contribute to global DSAI platforms, tools & methodologies & approach strategy. Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Minimum Requirements What youll bring to the role: As the technical service manager, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, ongoing development continuous integration. Analyzing existing IT systems, tools and providing improved solutions using Data Science & AI, BOTS, PowerApps etc. Analyzing clients issues and developing plans to mitigate them. Overseeing the integration of new technology in the space of Data Science & AI.
