Job Description
- 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and a strong client-facing presence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing.
- Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders.
- Clears project obstacles and impediments that could slow down the team s progress.
- Coaches the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Help the team understand scrum values and principles.
- Experience working with US customers is desirable.
- Background in US healthcare is preferable. Exposure to the payer side is an added advantage.
- Exposure to technology (.Net, SQL Server) will be an advantage.
- People with QA background but working as a BA during the last 2 years are also welcome.
