About Expert Hospital Team
The Expert Hospital team is solely responsible for creating, maintaining and managing HULs relationship with Key hospital accounts across India ensuring that our products are in demand and are available across the overall hospital eco-systems. We are responsible for the induction of first-time consumers, creating demand and recommendation for our products which continues to resonate across channels and time.
With a team of more than 50 people, the Expert Hospital team is one of the fastest-growing channel across HUL.
The Hospital Channel Executive will be adjunct to the Hospital Channel Lead and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day and ad-hoc activities, specially from a backend data analytics lens with other support as required from time to time.
Job Overview
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Extract data from various sales and marketing data sources and run regular and ad-hoc analyses.
- Create and manage daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards as required by the Hospital Channel lead.
- Run in-depth Account/category/brand/SKU/region/city analyses as needed by the Hospital Channel lead
Customer Insights:
- Perform account/Doctor/Outlet wise analysis to identify areas of improvement
Operational Efficiency:
- Manage the master data in the systems
KEY REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE s SKILLS)
Minimum 2 to 4 years of Experience in Data analysis and MIS role preferably in a Pharma/FMCG/CPG organisation.
Should be well-versed with Excel. (Essential) and should be able to handle large data sets
Desirable to have knowledge of Powerpoint, PowerBi and SQL.
Decent Communication in English is desired.
