Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of proven expertise in the US Banking domain with strong Automation Expertise.. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver compliant, customer-centric, and efficient servicing solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in requirement elicitation, documentation, process modelling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Define and implement dashboarding and reporting solutions (operational dashboards, risk monitoring, investor reporting, performance KPIs) to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and recommend automation opportunities to streamline servicing workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve process accuracy.
- Solid understanding of US mortgage regulations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with ability to liaise between business and technology stakeholders.
- Documenting Problem Statement and Pain Points
- Strong knowledge in Mortgage Loan Origination and Loan Servicing
- Financial Data Analysis
- Banking Domain Knowledge of US based banks
- Regulatory Compliance Knowledge of US based banks (Reg A-Z)
- Stakeholder Management
- Agile Scrum Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business process analysis and improvement initiatives within the banking domain
- Develop high-quality BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify and document business problems, pain points, and opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Ensure compliance with US banking regulations and standards in all process improvements
- Manage Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation
- Conduct impact analysis and provide recommendations for process changes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and track their effectiveness
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of overall Business Analysis experience
- 10+ years of experience in US Banking/Financial Services domain
- 10+ years of experience in process mapping and documentation
- Experience in RPA and BPM technology.
- Minimum 5 year working in Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong track record of stakeholder management and requirements gathering
- Experience with US banking regulations and compliance requirements
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
- CSM(Certified Scrum Master)
