End to End talent hunting, Recruitment Executive Search Mandates, working on hiring. Map Competition & Allied Industries for Top Leadership & Lateral Talent. Responsible for Induction & On boarding Process of new recruit. Talent Acquisition Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies. Develop and maintain multiple sources of hires such as Referrals, Internet portals, Executive Recruiting resources and Professional groups. Develop a strong talent acquisition and management function which takes care of the requirements across various services and geographies to quickly respond to the ever-changing priorities by adapting and applying new approaches. Make the quality talent pool available for the organization at an affordable cost. Onboarding Ensure That Selected Candidates Is On Boarded , Keep In Touch With Candidates Till on Board. Providing Necessary. Support for Relocation including Support for Accommodation, Child Schooling etc. Induction Responsible for Smooth Induction & Handover to Concern Department. Graduate & M.B.A. Location : Dombivli East
