HCLTech is Hiring || Team Lead Content Moderator || 24th May &25th May,2025|| Walk In Drive || 10.00 AM - 3.00 PM ||

Time: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Location: Advance Business Hub, An Ascendas IT Park, Building H-01B, Phase 2, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081

Designation : Team leads

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee & manage daily metric reporting to customer.

2. Act as a SME & provide real time support to the Analysts

3. Record & meet production daily hours for the team

4. Conduct feedback interventions with each Analysts & more often for the low performers

5. Report out anomalies in volumes, policies to the Shift Managers

6. Ensure TNIs are carried out & required training is conducted as required

7. Methodologies to improve processes, introduce efficiencies in the program on a regular basis. 8. Administrative responsibilities for all agents under span

Skills:

1. Experience managing a team size of 15+ employees

2. Experience in managing content moderation ops/ social media ops

3. Excellent English skills oral and written.

4. required to work in night shift hours & weekends

5. Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgment calls

6. Any graduation

** Candidates with TL experience in content moderation will only be considered**

**Immediate to 45 days notice period candidates are preferred**
