Shift timing : 1 PM to 10 PM

Job Description

• Hands-on experience in Telecom Billing applications Development and Support
• One should have in-depth knowledge of billing processes (Customer Creation, Services Enrollments, Usage Processing, Billing and Collections) in Telecom/Internet Service domain in any billing system such as Oracle BRM, Amdocs products, or Gotransverse.
• Able to work closely with clients for requirement gathering, analysis, designing / proposing solution and implementing the solution.
• Able to perform impact analysis to assess changes required in other interfacing systems and sub-systems.
• Supporting integration Testing, Migration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and production as a GTV SME and develop precise and quick resolutions.
• Develop scripts for back-end updates using APIs, for monitoring specific scenarios using production DB and for report extractions
• Analyze the critical & time sensitive issues from Bill Cycles and provide resolutions.
