Job Description

• 5-8 years in Airline domain. Very good written and oral communication. Exposure to writing detailed user stories and product roadmap.
• Knowledge of Airline Network Planning and Scheduling areas to interface between Product team and Development Team
• Manage through the feature development life cycle by providing combination of functional and technical expertise to different internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration between Engineering, Operations Research, Sales and Accounts team to deliver high quality functionalities and capabilities.
• Engage with Airline network planning teams to understand workflows, pain points, and optimization goals across the Airline fleet
• Reproduce the business scenarios / customer queries for further investigation.
• Collaborate internally with product owners to conduct rigorous testing and validating new features to be released for production. As required, develop functional cases to ensure high quality features.
• Actively participate in evaluating model enhancements, introduce new features & processes aimed at increased customer adoption of the solutions.
• Coordinate with Product Delivery and Advanced Care Teams to educate on new feature release, update Release Notes and Help Guides; Develop High quality training material for Airline Customer users.
