Find below more details about this job opportunity: JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team as a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify valuable insights and support data-driven decision making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide actionable recommendations based on your analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for turning data into meaningful insights. Experience: 1 Year to 4 Years Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred) Proven. experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting. Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R for data analysis and visualization. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and within a team. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner. Job Responsibility: Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Analyze complex data sets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations for improving business performance. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate actionable insights to address specific business questions or challenges. Identify opportunities for process improvements and data quality enhancements. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and apply them to enhance data analytics capabilities within the organization. CTC: Rs.2.40//Lpa to 3.60/Lpa.
