Looking for Application support engineer with US Helath care domain expertise.
Notice Period: Imm to 30 days .
Minimum 3 - 5 years in HealthCare IT or Operations
Minimum 1 - 2 years supporting relevant IT applications (e.g. Claims Adjudication, Encounter Management, Eligibility, Document Management or other platforms)
Competency with Microsoft Office Tools
Preferred: Project Management or Agile Scrum Experience
Preferred: Experience with MACESS, IDX FRM, EZ-Cap or Edifecs Encounter Management
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for business applications, addressing user issues and technical problems. o Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues within SLA dependent on incident priority. o Work closely with IT and vendor teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. o Monitor application performance and ensure systems are running smoothly
