Territory Sales Incharge (TSI)

Location: Anywhere in West Bengal and Orissa

Education Criteria: Bachelors Degree in Dairy Tech/Food Technology/Agriculture and Allied or MBA in (Marketing, Sales, Agribusiness, Rural Management)with  60% and above in graduation   Age: not more than 28 Years as on 30.11.2023   Experience: Minimum 1 year FMCG/FMCD  sales experience Will be preferred , Freshers may also apply

CTC and other benefits : 5.00 to 7.9 LPA (approx.)(Based on location).
CTC will not be a constraint for deserving candidates.


The candidate will be responsible for Sales and Distribution function for our range of products at any of our branch location across India.
Operating one of our 4 distribution highway : Fresh, Frozen, Chilled, Ambient in a specific geography.
He/She will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development for given area.
His/her success will be measured by the delivery of business critical goals, growth and gain in market share.

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to think strategically about customers, categories and channel challenges, with the ability to build and maintain infrastructure and teams.

The major responsibilities includes : sales planning, Logistics and Distribution Management, WD and Territory Management, Product Promotion, New Product Launches, Achievement of sales targets etc.
