Job Description
Branch Manager
Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established policies and procedures. Manage staff schedules, workflow, and resources to optimize productivity. Foster a customer-centric culture within the branch. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to attract new business and expand the branch's customer base. Identify opportunities for cross-selling products and services.
Sales and Financial Performance:
Set and achieve sales targets for the branch.
Monitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and take corrective actions as needed.
