Role Description This is a full time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Jamnagar. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting and exceeding sales targets, monitoring customer needs and trends within the state, and collaborating with other departments. Qualifications Sales and Marketing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Experience in developing sales strategies and managing a sales team Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of automated solutions and the ability to understand customer needs and trends Ability to work. in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the automation industry is a plus Proficiency in regional languages is a plus
