Commercial Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, Customers and distributors
• Identifying emerging markets and opportunities
• Ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries
• Assisting the supply chain management team with forecasting and development of various markets
• Developing, buying, and managing all subcontracts
• Performance tracking
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer information in internal systems
• Collecting data for teams to help with project strategy and contractual fulfillment
• Analyze shipping and delivery data with an eye for optimization
• Protect brand image and reliability
• Foster growth-friendly supply chain practices
• Train employees, emphasizing safety guidelines and promoting a culture of excellence
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance.
• Communicate with stakeholders.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety standards & Compliance.
