Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Global Engineers located in Vadodara. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating new leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing sales deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Salesperson will also collaborate. with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of fastener products and the manufacturing industry Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field Knowledge of API specifications and certifications is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
