Job Description
Branch Manager
Provide effective leadership to branch staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Meet or exceed branch sales targets through the promotion of banking products and services. Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Monitor and manage the branch budget, expenses, and profitability. Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve branch performance.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with daily operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Locations - Bhubnewar, Kottayam, Palakkad, Madurai, Buldana, Nagpur, Nilambur, Thrissur
