Chief Manager (Application Support Retail)
Provide expert-level support for all retail banking applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance to ensure minimal disruptions to service. Lead and manage a team of application support professionals, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and resource allocation. Continuously monitor the performance, availability, and reliability of retail banking systems and applications. Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
Oversee the incident management process, ensuring timely response and resolution of application-related incidents and service disruptions.
Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with application vendors to ensure service level agreements are met and to address any application-related issues, upgrades, or enhancements.
Plan and execute routine maintenance activities, including patches, updates, and system optimizations to keep applications secure and up-to-date.
