RPA Support Agent @ Capgemini Technology

Job Description

• 24 months (or above) experience with UI path  technology  
• Preferably UiPath developer certification
• Hands-on  experience with developing bots using Uipath
• Basic  understanding of ITIL processes & ticketing tools (incident management, change request management)
• Familiar with key components of UiPath platform & their interrelations
• Understanding the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA automations (requirements - design - build - deploy - maintain)
• Use project delivery, bug tracking and knowledge management tools in day to day delivery (e.g. Jira, confluence, ServiceNow etc.)
• Understanding of RPA logging & monitoring solutions and ability to use them to monitor RPA process performance / identify issues
• Work on problem-solving and debugging issues by following standard RCA process as per support and maintenance setup
• Fluent & professional communication in English (role will be client-facing)
• Proactive attitude to problem solving & communications during resolution process
• Align to project/client-specific requirements (e.g. certifications, shift timings, office location, communicating with client stakeholders etc.
