Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time remote Dynamic Support role where the candidate will be responsible for providing technical and customer support. They will communicate effectively with clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate technical issues when necessary. The candidate will be responsible for resolving technical incidents, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Highly Desired Qualifications for every Dynamics team Experience in ERP systems like Dynamics, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Epicor, and/or related Excellent Communication Skills: verbal, listening and written. Experience in customer facing service role in any capacity. Interpersonal and relationship skills proven through work experience. Passion for lifelong learning and personal and professional development Research, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills - Thinking logically and demonstrating use of available resources. Ability to work shifts in hours outside. of local business hours and/or work a shift that covers a weekend day once ramped/trained if there is a business need. Dynamics FnO (finance and operations) Pods: Experience in one or more of these areas is desirable: Environment deployments and monitoring in Azure or other Cloud management Systems Understanding of Sys Internals tools Process Monitor, Process Explorer Programming skills are useful, preferably in C++ or C# development - basic knowledge (ability to read code and write simple programs) Understanding of IIS (Internet Information Services), troubleshooting website issues/HTTP responses Network debugging skills (Fiddler, Network Monitor / Wireshark / Message Analyzer) Understanding of data management and migration concepts Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux) Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Active Directory Working experience of Visual Studio, SharePoint or Exchange
