Officer (Application Support Retail)
Responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and systems used in retail banking. Your primary focus will be on maintaining system availability, resolving technical issues, and supporting end-users to enhance the customer experience. Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, including branch staff and customers, by addressing application-related issues and inquiries. Investigate and resolve application-related incidents and problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Assist in training bank employees and customers on how to effectively use retail banking applications and systems. Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and system configurations. Update knowledge base materials for reference. Work closely with other IT teams, software vendors, and third-party service providers to resolve complex technical issues and implement system upgrades.
