Job Description Urgent opening for Client Service Officer for Corporate Banking , MNC Bank, MUmbai To act as front end for the bank To understand the client queries Satisfactorily resolve the queries either directly or in consultation with internal stakeholders within a reasonable timelines. Skills Required Corporate Banking Operations, Trade Finance , Cash Management, CMS, Client Service, wholesale banking Location Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities Resolving queries related loan, deposit, FX, cash management, and electronic banking activities. To maintain healthy relationship with the internal and external stakeholders for positive feedback Manage Client enquiries, requests & grievances with due coordination with RMs, ITO and other internal stakeholders and ensure that the queries are responded to the client within respectable time. Provide support to Client for electronic banking platform and resolving e banking quires and maintenance activity Ensure timely . accurate response on audit requests if any Interface between the Client and Banks internal teams with key objective of client satisfaction. Regular and timely MIS and creation and closure of service request in Hobart. Adherence to the banks process in managing the service request, SOP and process and governance Ensure timely information reporting for local as well as regional requirement. To flag system improvement and new ideas for meeting overall objective. Proactive and quick learner. Candidate Profile Graduates / Post Graduates with 7 years + experience in Corporate Banking Operations. Knowledge of Trade Finance , Cash Management operations required Education/Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate Desirable Skills Corporate Banking Operations, Trade Finance , Cash Management, CMS, Client Service, wholesale banking Years Of Experience 7 to 10 Years
