B. Position Summary:
The Recruitment Lead is accountable for the overall recruitment service delivery of the various functions in volume and
technology hiring for Pune and support other locations
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)
1. Sourcing the potential candidates from various sources i.e. Database, Employee reference, Tele-calling, Outstation
hiring.
2. Handling support/lateral/leadership level recruitment of all processes right from sourcing profiles, interviewing, offer
making and discussion and joining formalities.
3. Short-listing, interviewing and selecting candidates based on process requirement.
4. Giving appropriate feedback to the candidate & the respective channel on the basis of the concern areas.
5. Coordinate and assist in scheduling the interviews.
6. Negotiating the compensation packages, notice periods and coordinating the other aspects to get the candidate on
board.
7. To maintain and record written correspondence of all the candidates.
8. Recruitment analysis, updating and publishing the Joining Report on a weekly basis.
9. Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidates communication skills and technical skills based on requirement.
