Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. 2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates. 3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. 4. Manage the candidate interview process, including scheduling, conducting reference checks, and making job offers. 5. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to expand the hospital's recruitment network. 7. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. 8. Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and. candidate satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile Must have good communication skills.
