Hiring Details Role: HR Recruiter Specialist - RPO Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate Budget: 3LPA Exp: 1.5- 3 Years Role Description This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist-RPO. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. Day-to-day tasks include screening resumes, coordinating interviews, communicating with hiring managers, and making hiring recommendations. This role will be located in Bengaluru with some. flexibility for hybrid work. Qualifications Hiring, interviewing, recruiting, and communication skills Have the ability to do End to End Recruitment Have good knowledge of client coordination ROI Driven Mindset required Experience in training and development a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Experience in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
