The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. The Recruitment Consultant will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, and will work closely with hiring managers to ensure the successful placement of top talent.
