Location: On-site Pune, Magarpatta
Salary: Up to 8 LPA

About the Role:


Techila Global Services is looking for a smart, driven, and results-oriented Business Analyst with proven experience in Upwork and other bidding portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating Salesforce-related business by identifying and converting qualified leads through strategic channels like bidding platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate Salesforce projects via Upwork, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Connect with prospects and decision-makers
  • Build partnerships with IT agencies
  • Engage in Salesforce forums and groups
  • Write customized proposals
  • Coordinate with the tech team for accurate solutions
  • Maintain and follow up on leads
  • Track performance and meet targets
  • Build long-term client relationships

Requirements:


  • 4+ years in business development (IT/SaaS preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork and bidding platforms
  • Strong communication & proposal writing skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce services is a plus
  • Experience with cold calling and international clients
  • Familiar with CRM tools and lead tracking
