Job Description
Patch Management:
- Creation on package for routine push
- Sound knowledge on SCCM technology
- Deploy and manage security patches and updates for Windows and other operating systems.
- Sound knowledge patch rollout and monitoring,
- Monitor patch deployment progress and identify any issues or failures.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely and effective patching.
AV Solution Management:
- Deploy and configure Trillix AV, Saphhire IMS patch tool
- Monitor EDR alerts and incidents, and investigate potential threats.
- Respond to security incidents, taking appropriate actions to contain and remediate threats.
- Configure and maintain EDR policies and rules.
Endpoint Security:
- Implement and enforce endpoint security policies and configurations.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.
Documentation and Communication:
- Maintain detailed documentation of security configurations and procedures.
- Communicate security issues and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to other IT staff and end-users.
- Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
