1. To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they are acquiring licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company. 2. Motivating the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company. 3. Provide on the job training and manage & monitor performance of the advisors. 4. Relationship management with stakeholders. 5. Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team. Education: Any Graduates Experience: Min. 1 Year in any Domain Sales A candidate with BFSI / any sales experience/ Housewife looking to restart the career can apply. Age upto 40 yrs
