Job Description


Job Purpose: -

To structure the Digital Learning initiatives & platform for International Markets as well as further strengthen the Learning & Development activities of assigned regions by playing the role of a catalyst in identifying, designing & implementing various Centralized & localized learning initiatives aligned with the Organizational priorities to develop an ever-growing talent pool for all functions & departments


Job Duties and Responsibilities:-

1. Understand the Business priorities by doing Business Need Analysis & Identifying the areas for various Learning & Development Interventions aligning with the Central strategies

2.Conducting Training Need Analysis & Identification by Interacting with Regional heads, line managers, Central marketing Teams, Regional Product managers, also by conducting online surveys involving sales team members

3.Designing various Learning /Training modules for Physical & Digital learning for all the functional teams in line with Central Training modules & Learning strategies as well as customizing the same in regional languages to ensure effective delivery & internalization of learning

4.Coordinating with line managers & by regularly conducting On-the-Job coaching sessions pre- & post-training to ensure the 10:20:70 learning dynamics of Kolbs learning cycle stages, concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation to ensure transformation of effective learning

5.Helping the team to do Psychographic Segmentation of customers & coordinate with regional product managers & line managers to ensure proper implementation of other business initiatives like DGM, CME, Camps etc.

6. Conducting Psychometric analysis during employee journey cycle starting from Recruitment & Selection, Successor planning, Promotion

7.Preparing various reports on L&D activities, Update & manage Intervention Data (Training Data, Feedback forms, Budget allocation of Training etc.)


Required Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science / Pharmacy/ Doctor/ Nurses or Equivalent with overall understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, Pathophysiology & proficiency in developing e-learning modules

Preferred Qualifications: - Master of Science, Science / Pharmacy/ Doctor/ Nurses or Equivalent, MBA Marketing/HR/International Business or other equivalent certificate

Required Experience: - At latest 35 years of experience in with an exposure of Sales & marketing of Pharma or Medical related fields. Experienced in developing learning modules both physical & digital

Preferred Experience: - Earlier worked as a Training manager/coach or regularly conducting Training as Trainer, coach, Supervisor, Area Manager, ACM etc.

Working Conditions:- The design of the work involves 50 % of classroom or other office-based activities like designing modules & 50%-market based activities involve extensive traveling in the region
