Role Overview

The Demand Generation Lead is responsible for executing the global demand generation strategy across the North American market. This role manages SDR teams and regional campaigns to generate high-quality pipeline and support enterprise sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute targeted demand generation programs for the US market
  Manage and coach SDR team members focused on outbound pipeline creation
  Develop account-based marketing campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts
  Collaborate with sales leadership on territory planning and pipeline development
  Coordinate regional webinars, events, and partner marketing initiatives
  Monitor SDR performance metrics and pipeline health
  Work closely with global marketing leadership to optimize campaign performance

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or SDR leadership
  Experience selling into enterprise accounts within technology or manufacturing industries
  Strong knowledge of ABM, outbound prospecting, and pipeline development
  Experience managing SDR teams and pipeline metrics
